Delivery Information

We now offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs and budget. Generally, Royal Mail is the cheaper but is also the slower method. Our courier delivery options are usually for next-day delivery (UK mainland). If you have a specific delivery deadline, or require more information about options for a particular destination please do not hesitate to contact us.

The carriage options for your order will depend on the value, physical size and delivery destination of your order. We use Royal Mail, APC Overnight, TNT, UPS and DHL courier services to provide the most flexible options.

What will shipping cost?

To calculate your delivery charge, simply add the items that you require to your cart and then click on the 'Shopping Cart' link at the top right of the page. From here, click 'Estimate Shipping & VAT', enter your shipping address (Country, City and Postcode) and then click 'Get Quotes'. Our system will calculate the weight and value of your order and present you with one or more shipping options - simply choose the option you prefer.

Please note that if you change the items in your basket the delivery options and charges will change.

Postal Strike

During a Postal Strike(s) we will only despatch Courier orders. If you select postal delivery, we shall post your order on the first working day following the end of the strike. For example, if strike action finishes on Thursday, we shall despatch on Friday (subject to availability). However, please be aware that your parcel may be delayed due to the additional volume of items at sorting offices. This is beyond our control and we therefore advise you to select courier delivery for any time-critical goods.

VAT Increase

VAT increased to 20% on 4 January 2011. All orders are processed at the VAT rate prevailing at the time the order is placed. Unfortunately we are unable to back-date orders to take advantage of lower VAT rates. Please note that VAT is a Tax (e.g. not retained by us) on our selling price and not a change in the price we charge.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability - please order early to avoid disappointment.
